Jennifer M. Wasco
Co-Founder of Heart of Holli/CRS, CRFS/Community Advocate

Jennifer is the passionate Co-Founder of the Heart of Holli Foundation, an organization rooted in compassion, healing, and the mission to support individuals navigating the challenges of substance use disorder. Inspired by the loss of a loved one, Holli, and her own personal journey with addiction and recovery.  Jennifer made a transformative decision to change careers and dedicate her life to helping others.

After years of working as a restaurant manager, Jennifer pursued her license as  a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) and began a new career focused on supporting those in need. She currently serves as a CRS Field Navigator, where she works directly with individuals in active use or early recovery-offering support, connection and resources to help them take the next step toward wellness.

Jennifer is deeply embedded in the recovery and non-profit community throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding counties, volunteering her time and energy with various organizations. Her lived experience gives her a unique ability to relate, support and advocate for those often overlooked  in traditional systems of care.

Through her work with Heart of Holli Foundation and beyond, Jennifer is committed to bridging the gaps between community services, peer support and recovery housing. She believes in meeting people where they are and walking alongside them in their recovery journey with empathy, respect and unwavering hope.
